The purpose of this amendment will be to update the Land Use Bylaw and Municipal Planning Strategy with considerations of Geohazards, alter where new Public and Private Roads are permitted, outline a regulatory pathway for development within wellfields, add consistency between commercial and residential zones, and other small housekeeping changes.
